All products in an order are dispatched as a single delivery and the delivery time is based on the product with the longest dispatch time in that order. This does mean that products that are ‘Next Day Delivery’ items will be held back until all products in the order are ready for dispatch.
If you have provided us with your email address and/or mobile number, on the morning of your expected delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided*. Our courier service will send you a SMS and/or an email notification. You can also view the delivery window by going to their track a parcel page. You will need to enter your shipment number and delivery postcode.
*This is an estimated time-slot. We can not be held accountable if the courier arrives early or late.
Signed for Service
For your security and peace of mind our courier service is provided as a 'signed for service'. What this means is that goods cannot be delivered or left without a signature from the customer or neighbour. The couriers (DHL Parcel UK) will make two attempts at delivery after which the goods will be returned to the depot and held for 5 days. If there has been no contact with the customer after those 5 days then the goods are returned to Tool Talk. Customers are then refunded for their purchase minus the return to sender cost incurred by Tool Talk for the return of the goods. This cost is £5.95 and is deducted from the refund amount.
Customers can request a change of delivery day on the DHL Parcel UK website using your tracking number and delivery postcode, however delivery time slots are wholly decided by the courier.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
