  • Long Length Items: £2.99 per item.
  • Hazardous Cargo: £2.99 per delivery.
  • Deliveries over 2kg: £1.00 per delivery.
  • Deliveries over 20kg: 
    • Zones A&B - £0.30 per kg.
    • Zone C - £0.70 per kg.
    • Zone D - £0.85 per kg.

We can not be held responsible for delays in transit as this is beyond our control - should you wish to complain please contact DHL Parcel UK directly in relation to any delayed order in transit. Please be aware that DHL Parcel UK deliveries are made during the standard working week (Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00).

Your Delivery


All products in an order are dispatched as a single delivery and the delivery time is based on the product with the longest dispatch time in that order. This does mean that products that are ‘Next Day Delivery’ items will be held back until all products in the order are ready for dispatch. you will be notified by SMS or email as soon as your items have been dispatched.

Time Slots

If you have provided us with your email address and/or mobile number, on the morning of your expected delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided*. Our courier service will send you a SMS and/or an email notification. You can also view the delivery window by going to their track a parcel page. You will need to enter your shipment number and delivery postcode. 

*This is an estimated time-slot. We can not be held accountable if the courier arrives early or late.

Signed for Service

For your security and peace of mind our courier service is provided as a 'signed for service'. What this means is that goods cannot be delivered or left without a signature from the customer or neighbour. The couriers (DHL Parcel UK) will make two attempts at delivery after which the goods will be returned to the depot and held for 5 days. If there has been no contact with the customer after those 5 days then the goods are returned to Tool Talk. Customers are then refunded for their purchase minus the return to sender cost incurred by Tool Talk for the return of the goods. This cost is £5.95 and is deducted from the refund amount.

Customers can request a change of delivery day on the DHL Parcel UK website using your tracking number and delivery postcode, however delivery time slots are wholly decided by the courier.

All UK mainland customers should normally expect to receive their orders no longer than 5 working days after their order is placed unless otherwise stated. If your goods have not been received after 6 working days, please email and we will investigate further.

Please allow extended time for deliveries outside of Zone A.

Wiha Deliveries

All Wiha items marked as Extended Delivery are subject to a 3-4 week delivery delay as they are ordered direct from Germany; although these timescales have been reduced since the beginning of April as we negotiate Brexit. 

From there, there will be an additional 2-3 day delivery as we ship the item from our distribution centre in the UK. 

Any Wiha items marked as in-stock will be shipped within 2-3 days direct from our distribution centre.

BFPO Addresses

ToolTalk is proud to support the brave men and women in our Armed Forces. All deliveries to BFPO Address will not incur a delivery charge.
